Refund Policy

EKKO Ltd works to bespoke proposals for clients in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. The specific refund and cancellation terms for each engagement are set out in the signed proposal. The following describes our standard approach.
Deposits
Project deposits secure your build slot and cover initial discovery and planning. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Cancellations
If you cancel a project after work has started, you are liable for fees and costs incurred up to the cancellation date. We will issue a clear breakdown.
Subscription products
Recurring services (e.g. hosting, AI automation, EKKO Loop®) can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
Faulty delivery
If a deliverable doesn't meet what was agreed in writing, we'll work to put it right at no extra cost. Where we cannot, a fair refund will be agreed.
International clients
Refunds to clients outside the UK are issued in GBP to the original payment method where possible. FX conversion differences, international bank fees and card-processor charges are not refundable. Any statutory refund rights that cannot be excluded under the law of your country (for example the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, or Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act) are preserved and sit alongside this policy.
